Loved a lounge and a kettle in the room. The stuff where reasonably good, the made to order breakfast with the chef was hearty. The service was decent, totally satisfied. Moreover, we parked the car on site. The location was exceptionally nice for exploring this very very nice area, so close to london on business, the Ealing Studios which gave a nice feel, and Very close to transport links. There was Galicja Restaurant near the hotel.

A gem of a hotel wth an excellent location near to railway station for london (15 mins) room was clean, comfortable and very stylish. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Car parking was convenient and free- thus making an expensive stay in london better value for money but what made our stay the most enjoyable was the warmth and friendliness of all the staff that we came into contact with. Can't wait to stay there again.

The hotel had recently opened and has been fitted to a very high standard with attention given to many small things that most hotels over look. Breakfast in the morning was also very good.
Restaurant and room service meals finished at 10pm, having returned late from a meeting the left me no option for a meal.

Lovely room with excellent facilities, breakfast very good, friendly and helpful staff. Free parking was a big plus, and the receptionist kindly let us park for most of the next day too. The room was very quiet, although we didn't get back until 1am, so not sure if there's any noise from the bar downstairs before that. The location is great - we walked about 1/4 mile south to the Uxbridge road and caught the no.83 Bus straight to Wembley; West Ealing mainline station is about 50yards away for trains to Paddington; or you can bus/walk(10 mins) to Ealing Broadway tube for Central Line to the centre of London in about 20 minutes. The drive in from m25/m4 wasn't bad at all either, and walking back from the bus stop at 1am felt quite safe. We would definitely stay here again.

I liked the location as it was very close to where I live, and had plenty of parking places available for guests for free. I loved the choice of rooms and Suites were exceptionally what I was looking for. The staff was friendly, and Magda was especially very nice and helpful to us. The breakfast was very good, and definitely worth having.
There need to be a clear sign indicating the back car park. The in room menu is very limited, so needs expanding to include more sea-food and vegetarian dishes.
